To continue with our Mock Draft, the Cowboys are up again with Number 28.
It seems we've been down this road before. Ah yes, a few picks ago. Taking Brandon Flowers at 22, and still waiting on the Pacman deal, cornerbacks are covered. That leaves the running backs and wide receivers.
Felix Jones probably would've worked, but in our mock, the Titans took him. Looking at the rest of the pile, not many appear to belong in the first round.
Wide receivers are still plenty, but how many first rounders pan out?
DeSean Jackson, WR, Cal
Despite the busts of WR's in the first round, the Cal junior doubles as a punt returner. Maybe Dallas does not want to send their first round wide receiver out to return punts, but he'll be an option. Jackson is also touted by some experts as the best junior receiver who has declared for the draft. Pretty good pick at the bottom of the first.
