When Yankees Fans Attack
This is taking a rivalry too far. Running over an opponent on the field of play might be warranted, but fans running over opposing fans in a parking lot is too far. But I don't have to tell you that, or do I?
Sure, I can't stand Philly fans of any sport, nor the Dallas Cowboy fans (especially those who have never been in Dallas, let alone Texas). I find it hard though that no matter how drunk I am, I would run another human being over.

Comments
This story is just begging for some kind of comment. But for some reason words fail me at the moment.

Just an awful and unbelievable story...
So will prison have the YES Network?
I guess she's never watched Groundhog Day either. Bill Murray summed it up, "Don't drive angry."

Yeah, I was trying to write this out a bit more too, but I couldn't find many words. I find the Yanks-Sox rivalry fascinating. Some argue it's more NY-Boston than just Yanks-Sox.
I'm not involved in the rivalry directly, since my current team...well you didn't have much to say about the Nationals. My previous team, the Orioles, will probably be the Orioles by the All Star break. I wish I could be part of such an intense rivalry. Not that I want to be run over by a Dalls Cowboy fan.

I wouldn't say that the rivalry is more NY-Boston than Yanks-Sox, but there is definitely an element of New York envy on the Boston side of it (in this New Yorker's opinion). Boston is the kid brother who struggles for an identity while New York gets all the attention.

So Boston is the Eli to New York's Peyton? Yeah, I can see that.
